Summarized Job Description
Ensure effective management of time, effort and resources in order to generate maximum efficiencies.
Prepare fee matter estimates and quotations.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and staff alike.
Provide technically sound legal opinions and technical advice to clients.
Review of Transactional documents.
Legal and Advisory and carry out due diligence.
Corporate Searches and corporate affairs commission.
Prepare banking, finance and security documents.
Review of Transactional documents.
Make a constructive contribution to the non-chargeable activities of the practice group and the firm.
Person Specification
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
10 - 12 years Post Qualification Experience.
Experience within a Leading Firm is essential.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must possess analytical skills.
Must have done litigation.
