As the Senior Area Sales Manager, you will lead regional sales operations, drive market expansion, manage distributor networks, and deliver revenue growth across assigned territories while strengthening the company's market presence within the Food & Beverage FMCG sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets across assigned territories
Manage distributor relationships, key accounts, and route-to-market activities to ensure optimal product availability and sales performance
Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams to drive productivity, execution excellence, and target achievement
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews while ensuring adherence to company sales policies and processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the Food & Beverage FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing distributors, key accounts, and large sales territories within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of sales planning, trade marketing, channel development, and route-to-market strategies
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
