Senior Architect at Periwinkle Residences

Job Duties:

• Lead the design and development of residential projects, ensuring high-quality architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including feasibility studies, design proposals, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential project experience.
