Senior Application Support Engineer at Cornfield Group

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide top-tier support for enterprise application-related issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, optimize deployments, and maintain system uptime.

Primary duties & responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Maintain system reliability and performance through monitoring and alerting tools.
• Collaborate with software development and IT teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures, application workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
