To ensure efficient and effective administrative operations within the organization by overseeing facility management, administrative services, and support, ensuring a productive and safe work environment. You will handle all administrative, office and site maintenance issues and support services needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic administrative plans that align with the organization's long-term goals, ensuring a proactive approach to facilities and resource management.
Lead initiatives to improve administrative processes, introducing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Mentor and develop the administrative team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to drive strategic initiatives.
Implement sustainable practices in facility management, aiming to reduce the organization's environmental footprint and promote eco-friendly operations.
Strategically manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the integration of new technologies into administrative operations, enhancing data management, communication, and workflow efficiency.
Identify and mitigate risks related to administrative operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a secure and safe work environment.
Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources, cost savings, and financial sustainability.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure administrative services support their strategic objectives and contribute to overall organizational success.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., human resource management, organizational development, business administration or related discipline).
At least 10 years of experience in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility in Human Resources, HR Business Partner and Administration.
Proven experience in Facility Management, Vendor Management, Budgeting and Cost Control.
Possesses the ability to work effectively and efficiently communicate well.
Collaborates and works effectively with groups and teams.
Is proactive in meeting business needs as well as addressing foreseeable challenges.
Good with Policy Formulation & Implementation, Health & Safety Compliance.
