Job Description 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using QuickBooks
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Computation of taxes(WHT, PIT,VAT)
• Preparation of Investment and Customers schedule
• Collaborate with Human Resources on payroll-related tasks, including employee benefits and statutory deductions.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with account standards
• Manage general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ICAN or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in finance or banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
