Role Description

• Conduct engaging training sessions for security personnel.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs.
• Assess training needs and create initiatives that drive company growth.
• Communicate effectively and maintain detailed training records.
• Ability to conduct drills and simulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Professional certification in security or training is an advantage; relevant experience will be considered.
• Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to plan, create, and deliver complete training programs for security personnel.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
