Security Supervisor at Steron Mining Company Limited

Educational Qualification

• OND / HND / B.Sc. or equivalent, relevant training/certification is an advantage.
• Para-Military Background (Police, NSCDC)

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in security operations, preferably in mining, construction, industrial or remote- site environments.

Core Competencies:

• Security personnel supervision and deployment.
• Access control and visitor management.
• Site surveillance and patrol coordination.
• Incident prevention, investigation and reporting.
• Emergency response and crisis management
• Security risk assessment and threat identification.
• Protection of personnel, equipment, assets and mineral products.

Operational Competencies:

• Coordination with NSCDC, Police and other security agencies.
• Management of security posts, access points and patrol schedules.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Ability to maintain accurate security logs and incident records.
• Personal Competencies: Alertness, integrity. discipline, confidentiality, sound judgment and strong leadership ability.
