Supervisory Leadership: Directly supervise, coordinate, and direct the daily operations of the security guard team. This includes scheduling, deployment, and performance management.
Team Development:Train, mentor, and motivate security personnel to ensure adherence to all protocols, professional standards, and effective execution of duties.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all security posts are staffed, patrols are conducted effectively, and equipment is in good working order.
Incident Management: Act as the first point of escalation for all security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances. Document and manage all reporting related to incidents thoroughly and accurately.
Compliance & Protocol: Ensure all security guards are consistently following established policies, procedures, and safety regulations to protect personnel, assets, and facilities.
Direct Reporting: Serve as the primary security liaison, reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) with daily operational updates, incident summaries, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a professional security environment.
Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident response.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
