As a Security Supervisor at Pem Security, you will be a key figure in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Your role involves overseeing and leading a team of security personnel, ensuring that security protocols are followed, incidents are effectively managed, and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee security operations at assigned sites, ensuring the deployment of security officers, maintaining access control, and conducting regular patrols.
Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, managing situations to ensure minimal disruption and risk mitigation.
Client Liaison: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their security concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction.
