Security Officer at Ecobank Nigeria

Job-details

• To ensure security/safety of life of staff and properties of Ecobank 
• To monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced security guards and security programs.
• To liaise with Police authorities for the deployment of efficient bank guards to all business locations.
• To report violations or potential violations to authorized law enforcement agencies as deemed appropriate for effective deterrence.
• To provide information on complex security trends, current security issues and security technology and update management on physical risks capable of impacting on business operations. (including risk and vulnerability assessment and proffer solution to areas identified. 
• To ensure that installed security/safety systems are functional by following up with Facility Management Team EBS for repairs and maintenance of faulty devices. This is done by collation of monthly report on security equipment’s.  
• To ensure staff liberty during invite to police station for interviews and where it is necessary liaise with LRU for legal representation. 
• To ensure follow up with investigation cases as assigned by Audit & Investigation Unit
