Job Description

• Patrolling Premises: Walk through the interior corridors, parking lots, and exterior perimeter to spot safety risks or suspicious behavior.
• Access Control: Monitor doors and gates, check visitor logs, and stop unauthorized people from entering restricted zones or guest floors.
• Surveillance Monitoring: Watch CCTV security screens and alarm systems to catch unusual activity early.
• Emergency Response: Act quickly during medical issues, fires, or threats, providing basic first aid and leading evacuations.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate arguments or handle disruptive visitors calmly and professionally.
• Incident Reporting: Write detailed notes and log daily events or security breaches for hotel management.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests with safety concerns, lost items, or directions while maintaining a welcoming presence.
