They urgently require an addition to their team an experienced Security Manager.

Job Description

• Plan and develop the overall security strategy for our company
• Create, implement and communicate security policies and procedures
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on security status
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a security manager preferably within the Oil and Gas / Construction Industry 
• Strong experience with security protocols and procedures
• Previous experience with budgeting and budget planning
• Previous leadership experience
• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Great leadership skills
