• As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in deterring theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities, while providing excellent customer service during routine checks and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas regularly to monitor and secure the premises.
• Control access to buildings and property by checking identification and credentials.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents to provide assistance as needed.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activities to management or law enforcement.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations consistently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong observational and surveillance skills to identify potential security threats.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to incidents as required.
• Integrity and professionalism to handle confidential information and enforce policies.
