Security Coordinator at Ola-kleen Holdings Limited

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to employ a qualified and competent security coordinator who will organize security procedures for our manufacturing facility. As the security coordinator, you are also responsible for enforcing security procedures among your guard staff. Your duties are to develop training programs, regulate entry to the building, and manage the security department as a whole. You can get a foothold in this career through security experience alone, but a background in law enforcement can help you secure a position. There are no formal educational qualifications needed to become a security coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Continuously monitor the facility for both internal and external security threats and risks
• Advise facility management on security related issues
• Implement local security protocols
• Ensure compliance with both corporate and local security policies and procedures
• Supervise security officers assigned to the facility
• Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security related incidents
• Work with local law enforcement officials as needed
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the Chief Security Officer

QUALIFICATION

• A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Valid competency certificates
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in this position.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
