    Secretary / Receptionist

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Oversee general office administration.
    • Ensure smooth and professional front desk operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, customers, and clients.
    • Organize and maintain databases, filing systems, and all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure easy access and proper documentation.
    • Prepare and manage office documentation, including typing and taking minutes during meetings, compiling and preparing detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
    • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary items e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND / BSc in social science or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
    • Strong organisation skills and good attention to details.
    • Basic office administrative exposure.
    • Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work with less supervision.
    • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
