Secretary at Lightning Networks

We are looking for a passionate and creative graduate to join our team as a Secretary. 

Job description:

• Provide company secretarial service to the organisation
• Organize filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Prepare and file correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Hands on experience with Microsoft office.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Must be a passionate and creative social media geek
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and others.
• Make travel arrangements if necessary
• Document expenses and hand in reports

Requirements

• HND/Bsc in a relevant field with hands on social media experience
• Interest and passion for social media and an ability to manuover all social media platforms
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong written and verbal English
• Good attention to detail, Good time-management skills
• Proactive, great interpersonal and communication skills
