Job Summary

• We are recruiting for an experienced secretary to support the Chairman in its day-to-day activities by providing administrative services and being his first point of contact both internally and externally.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be a graduate with at least three (3) years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or Secretary
• Must be very good at Excel excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Competencies:

• Act as the point of contact between the chairman and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• High level of analytical and critical thinking skills
• High level of organization and results-oriented
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
• Great networking abilities
• Availability to work extra hours.
