Responsibilities

• Teach Technical Drawing concepts in line with the approved curriculum.
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons covering geometric construction, orthographic projection, isometric drawing, and engineering graphics.
•  Prepare lesson plans that balance theoretical knowledge with practical drawing exercises.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their technical and spatial reasoning skills.
• Utilize drawing instruments, computer-aided design (CAD) tools where applicable, and other instructional resources effectively.
• Prepare students for WAEC examinations and internal assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and support learners in achieving academic excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Education, Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant teaching certification may be required.
• Strong knowledge of Technical Drawing principles and drafting techniques.
• Proficiency in the use of technical drawing instruments and CAD software is an added advantage.
• Good classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience preparing students for WAEC and other external examinations is preferred.
• TRCN certification is an added advantage.
