To drive secondary sales by ensuring maximum product availability, visibility, and stock rotation at the retail and sub-wholesaler levels within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets daily to take orders and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong rapport with retailers, shop owners, and kiosk operators.
Ensure products are prominently displayed, cleanly arranged, and utilizing point-of-sale materials (POSM).
Monitor retail shelf stock to prevent stock-outs and minimize product expiry through First-In, First-Out (FIFO).
Track competitor prices, promotions, and new product launches, reporting findings to supervisors.
Requirements
B.Sc, or OND, HND in any field
1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and basic arithmetic skills.
Self-motivated and deep knowledge of the local market geography.
