Purpose
- To assist the Chief Cook in daily meal preparation and galley maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in meal prep and cleaning duties.
- Handle food storage and dishwashing.
- Monitor supplies and report shortages.
- Ensure galley hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Galley experience offshore or merchant vessels
- STCW and food handler certificate
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
