Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist and Digital Marketer to oversee our digital marketing efforts.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO optimization, website optimization, social media optimization, and email marketing strategies.
• Additionally, the candidate must be conversant with the market trends specific to the Abuja region to ensure effective targeting of our local audience.
• Candidates residing in Abuja and with experience in the hospitality industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search ranking.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for search engines.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize social media profiles to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and hospitality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance, including KPIs and ROI analysis.
• Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts based on data-driven insights and feedback.
• Stay abreast of local market trends and consumer preferences to inform digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Increase in website traffic and organic search ranking.
• Improvement in keyword rankings and visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Growth in social media followers, engagement, and reach.

• Enhancement of overall digital marketing ROI and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in SEO optimization, website optimization, social media management, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Residing in Abuja.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
