Scrum Master at Uridium Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation: Guide and coach teams in the Agile/Scrum framework.
• Team Empowerment: Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions collaboratively.
• Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions and ensure commitment to sprint goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders.
• Obstacle Removal: Proactively identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team velocity and other Agile metrics.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support in Agile practices.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and a focus on team success.
