• Fintech integration experience, AI/ML prototyping skills, and executive-level stakeholder management to drive compliant digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
  • Lead 2-week sprints for iOS/Android/Flutter development teams
  • Ensure zero critical vulnerabilities
  Operational Excellence
  • Monitor real-time crash analytics (Firebase) to resolve critical issues within 30 minutes
  • Maintain audit-ready change documentation for CBN examinations
  • Optimise App Store/Play Store release cycles to less than 48 hours for hotfixes
  Security & Compliance
  • Embed audit readiness into sprints (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS controls) and track compliance risks in backlogs.
  • Align backlog prioritisation with regulatory deadlines and portfolio initiatives (e.g., Open Banking APIs).
  • Integrate Agile delivery with formal change management processes (ITIL-based approvals for production releases).
  Innovation & Modernisation
  • Lead innovation sprints to pilot: Biometric authentication 2.0 Generative AI chatbots for hyper-personalised support Blockchain-based loyalty programs
  • Spearhead PWAs to bridge web-mobile gaps
  • Embed predictive analytics into sprint planning
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for UX optimisation
  • Develop real-time user behaviour tracking
