Job Description

We are seeking to hire an experienced SCM Strategy Management Supervisor for our client, one of Africa's leading independent E & P players. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading & coordinating SCM activities around procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.

Requirements/Skills:

• Demonstrate robust understanding of contracting and procurement process, supplier relationship management and market /industry trend
• Mastery knowledge of Nigerian upstream contacting processes and regulatory requirement
• Skilled in use of oracle ERP.
• Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional and disciplinary team
• Exemplify a strong attention to detail
• Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
• Strong experience of petroleum agreements and working with regulators e.g. NIUMS, NCDMB and NUPRC
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
• Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities.

Professional Qualification Required

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Sciences or Business Management.
• +8 years of experience in contract management or administration in the oil and gas industry.
• Professional certification e.g MCIPS will be an advantage.
