Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily health support and first aid to students and staff.
• Manage medical records and administer prescribed medications.
• Assess and respond to illnesses or injuries, referring to external services when necessary.
• Promote health education and hygiene awareness among students.
• Liaise with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety policies.

Person Specification:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• First aid certification and experience handling minor and emergency medical situations.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Compassionate, calm, and professional, especially under pressure.
• Previous experience working with children or in a school/boarding setting.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to provide health education and wellness support.
