Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Counselor located in Abuja.
• The School Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and counseling services to students.
• Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing developmental counseling programs, conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, and assisting students with academic and personal issues.
• The role also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Counseling, Guidance, and Developmental programs
• Skills in conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions
• Proficient in collaborating with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
• A degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant certification and licensure as a professional school counselor
