We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Administrator to lead the efficient and effective operations of our secondary school.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful school administration at higher levels, such as government ministries or educational organizations.
As the School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a nurturing and conducive learning environment while ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will collaborate closely with the school leadership team to achieve our educational goals and uphold the school's vision and mission.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in school administration, preferably at higher levels, such as government ministries or educational organizations.
Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Sound knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, and community members.
