Position Summary

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Administrator to lead the efficient and effective operations of our secondary school.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful school administration at higher levels, such as government ministries or educational organizations.
• As the School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a nurturing and conducive learning environment while ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will collaborate closely with the school leadership team to achieve our educational goals and uphold the school's vision and mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in school administration, preferably at higher levels, such as government ministries or educational organizations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of achieving results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, and community members.
