Facilitate/teach the KLS test prep through classroom, group and individual teaching sessions in the KLS family schools, private and gap year programmes.
Prepare, organize and update interesting and engaging course materials by drawing from the SAT and IELTS curriculum and database of lessons.
Create an interactive classroom environment and establish positive relationships with students.
Pace course information delivery to meet the needs of ALL students. This means adapting the provided curriculum.
Test prep associates must develop test-taking skills, including sitting actual SAT and IELTS exams.
Recommend new educational and training opportunities for the organization and gather the necessary information and resources to implement them.
Assist in promoting KLS’ products and services, representing KLS and partner institutions at events, speaking to current and prospective students/families about our services
Perform other duties as may be occasionally assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
