SAP EAM/PM Analyst at Oilserv Limited

Job Summary

The SAP EAM/PM Analyst will be involved in ensuring that SAP asset management and maintenance systems are well-integrated and effectively used within the Oilserv. The role will focus on ensuring the adoption of EAM/PM industry best practices. • The Analyst will ensure that the SAP EAM/PM modules are effectively implemented, maintained, and utilized to optimize the lifecycle and operational efficiency of assets and plant equipment. • The SAP EAM/PM analyst will engage business stakeholders to gather requirements, lead designing, and customization of the SAP EAM/PM module to meet specific business needs and provides ongoing support and maintenance.

Core/Technical Skills

• Participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP Enterprise Assets Management/Plant Maintenance module according to business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to maintenance processes, equipment management, work order management, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Design and configure SAP EAM/PM system functionalities, including maintenance plans, task lists, work centres, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, and technical objects.
• Customize SAP EAM/PM functionalities to address specific business needs, such as creating custom fields, user exits, and enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM/PM module with other SAP modules (such as Materials Management, Production Planning, and Finance) and external systems for data exchange and process integration.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate SAP EAM/PM configurations, customizations, and integrations. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and customize reports for tracking asset performance, maintenance schedules, and other critical metrics.
• Use SAP's reporting tools to provide insights into asset utilization, maintenance costs, and lifecycle management.
• Provide end-user training and create user documentation, training materials, and job aids to facilitate the adoption of SAP EAM/PM functionalities. Support end-users during the transition and post-implementation phases.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EAM/PM module, including troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and implementing enhancements and updates as required.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancements, and performance improvements in SAP EAM/PM module. Propose and implement solutions to address identified gaps and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other numeric disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module
• SAP EAM/PM Certification
• Experience with additional SAP modules like MM (Material Management).
• SAP S4 HANA Experience PMP, General knowledge of SAP or ERP deployment activities.
