SAP Analyst at Dangote

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our SAP team as SAP Analysts. The trainees will receive structured onboarding and hands-on experience supporting SAP business applications, assisting in system support, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities across assigned business functions. This role provides an opportunity to develop strong SAP functional and technical support capabilities while working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP system operations, including issue logging, troubleshooting assistance, and user support.
• Assist in SAP configuration updates, system testing, and enhancement activities under supervision.
• Participate in data validation, migration, and master data support activities.
• Assist in preparing functional and process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and preparation of test scripts and results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and support solution implementation.
• Assist in preparing system reports, dashboards, and basic analytics as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising SAP-supported business processes.

• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
• Completion of SAP Young Professionals Program (SAP YPP) training is mandatory.
• Prior internship or project exposure to SAP environments is an added advantage.
