As the Salon Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the salon, manage staff performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high service and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily salon operations including staff scheduling, service delivery, and customer experience
Manage and coordinate salon staff to ensure efficiency and high service standards
Monitor sales performance, manage inventory of salon products, and ensure proper stock control
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an advantage
3–5 years experience in salon management or supervising a beauty/wellness service team
Professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Salon Management is an advantage
Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills
Good knowledge of salon operations, service pricing, and client management
