Job Summary

• As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective staff management, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• You will manage operations, people, inventory, and reporting while driving revenue growth and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, schedule, and supervise salon staff, including performance management and training support
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations
• Handle client complaints professionally and support service promotions and upselling initiatives

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends, salon operations, and service standards.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
