Salon Manager/Supervisor at Owens and Xley

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily salon operations.
• They will also be responsible for:
  • Overseeing all services offered by the salon as well as the daily duties of all other team members.
  • Recruiting salon staff that meets mandatory role requirements.
  • Preparing work schedules for salon staff.
  • Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.
  • Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
  • Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour.
  • Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of people.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary
N150,000 -  N200,000 monthly
