Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salon Manager to lead our team at a Luxury Salon.
• As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
• Manage and supervise a team of stylists, technicians, and support staff
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Manage salon finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with the owner/director to develop and implement business strategies and goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a salon manager or similar role
• Professional certification in hairstyling or a related field (e.g. cosmetology license)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Knowledge of salon software and technology.
