Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Utilize various sales techniques to close deals, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and negotiating terms.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing.
• Proven experience in sales in a mining industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to go on official trips.
