Job Summary

• The Sales Van Driver is responsible for the transportation and direct sales of company products to customers while ensuring excellent customer service.
• This role involves managing deliveries, handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the van is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell company products to assigned routes/customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and stock arrangement.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure the van is stocked with sufficient inventory before leaving the warehouse.

Requirements

• OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years experience
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in sales and/or delivery driving is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Handling and lifting of goods.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
