    Sales Team Lead II-Wheeler Neo Products

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team and lead our sales efforts for 2 – Wheeler products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorbikes, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for 2 – Wheeler products.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, dealers, and distributors.
    • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns and promotions to support sales initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the 2 - Wheel industry.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Knowledge of the 2 – Wheel industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
