    Sales Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Management:
    • Responding to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, in-person).
    • Providing guidance on product features, pricing, and current promotions.
    • Handling customer complaints and service concerns professionally and providing timely resolutions.
    • Maintaining accurate customer records and following up on leads and account status.
    • Supporting sales executives by arranging appointments and managing sales data.
    • Coordinating sales operations and administrative duties to allow the sales team to focus on selling.
    • Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of services or equipment.
    • Assisting with sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Maintaining organized and accessible sales data and customer account files.
    • Compiling reports on sales performance, customer trends, and sales activities.
    • Updating and maintaining sales systems and software.
    • Liaising with other departments, such as logistics, technical support, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborating with account managers on sales strategies and providing feedback on sales processes.
    • Maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
    • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
    • A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
    • A good understanding of the company's Pay-TV products and services.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Admin, or related field.
    • 2 years Sales Support experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Powerpoint.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
