Sales Support Executive at Mantrac Nigeria Ltd

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Periodically follow up on transaction survey issues.
• Follow up on PTOS updates.
• Review PTOS information with sales force and drive data collection and update in the region as may be required.
• Follow up on MANCRM: He will ensure the utilization of MANCRM is maximized by creating awareness within the sales force for the use of MANCRM for call planning, opportunity identification, cash collection, etc.
• Follow up on MANBIZ: he should be in the position to resolve all MAN81Z issues with sales force and their customers and direct the unresolved issues to Lagos.
• Keep data of MAN81Z customers and their level of participation.
• Follow up on CSA quotations: He Will establish progress chart for CSA quotations generated for customers in the region and follow up with sales force.
• Follow up with renewal of expired CSAS.
• Follow up on total repair option quotations in the region and report sales.
• Carry out monthly branch product support debt analyses and highlight worst cases to the regional product sales manager and to management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Degree in an Engineering related discipline with specific Caterpillar knowledge from successful completion of parts Pro, attendance at relevant dealer training programs.
• Should be able to work with Microsoft excel. Ability to operate and interpret
• Caterpillar technical aids including SIS, PSK's Microfiche and dealer software.
• Good communication, leadership, negotiation, tenacity, self-motivation and IT skills are prerequisites.
• Minimum of 5years working experience in a Caterpillar Dealership with emphasis on working in a customer contact role.
