Job Detail
- As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales floor operations, leading by example, and driving a high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support sales staff on the floor to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Monitor product displays, and merchandising standards
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with at least one year previous experience in retail sales or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
