    Sales Specialist

    About the Job

    • ERA is seeking to build our team by adding Sales Specialists who care about Results and ImpactIn this role, you will be responsible for all sales in the assigned territory.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience consistently achieving sales targets, understand the sales cycle, know how to identify prospects and close deals, and be passionate about what ERA stands for.
    • Multiple positions are available including full-time and commission-only (with allowance) roles.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all sales in the assigned territory
    • Generates opportunities with existing clients as well as potential new customers, concluding sales calls independently and with the Marketing Lead.
    • Maintains a high-level relationship with clients and partner organizations.
    • Develops and implements sales strategy to ensure business targets and objectives are achieved.
    • Plans, directs, and monitors sales activities and gives monthly feedback on sales versus forecast.
    • Manages and supports sales administration, customer service, credit collections, invoicing and fulfillment as appropriate.
    • Regularly collects and relays customer feedback to management and operations team to improve service delivery
    • Assess any current or future opportunities and report any potential findings.
    • Ensure alignment with marketing strategy and support marketing activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify business and market trends and advise management.
    • Introduce new and improved products and services into the market.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • A healthcare-related qualification or experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical sales is an asset but not required.
    • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Project management skills
    • Time management
