Job Description:

We're seeking a dedicated and efficient Sales Rep to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to process online orders both from our walk-in customers, ensuring that each order is accurately prepared and promptly delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process online orders from various food delivery platforms.
• Verify and confirm order details to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales timely preparation of orders.
• Package and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any order-related inquiries or issues.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• SSCE, OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or NCE (National Certificate in Education), ND, HND,BSC
• Prior experience in sales or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online ordering systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
