    Sales Representatives

    Job Description

    • A Sales Representative who will act as the bridge between customers and technical teams—selling solutions, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities
    Business Development & Prospecting:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation sector (industrial, commercial, government, and utility clients).
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.

    Sales Presentations & Negotiation:

    • Present and explain power generation solutions such asgas/diesel generators andbackup powerto clients.
    • Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate terms of contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.

    Market Research & Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs within the power and energy sector.
    • Provide feedback to management on product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
