    Sales Representative

    Description

    • The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • The role involves promoting products or services to existing and prospective clients while providing excellent customer service and support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and potential customers.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
    • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (an added advantage).
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
