Job Description

• A sales representative's job is toidentify and pursue potential customers, present products or services, and close sales.
• They also maintain customer relationships and work to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers:Research and find prospective clients and leads
• Understand products:Learn about the products or services they are selling
• Build relationships:Maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Meet sales goals:Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales goals
• Communicate:Use strong verbal communication skills to describe the features and benefits of products
• Negotiate:Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients
• Provide solutions:Provide solutions to address customer concerns and pain points
• Follow up:Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare reports:Prepare monthly and weekly reports
• Monitor competition:Gather information on competitors' products, pricing, and trends
• Coordinate sales efforts:Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and other departments.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
