Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales and market expansion for our home appliance products in the Lagos.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the home appliance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the region
• Identify and engage potential customers, retailers, and distributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing deals
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the home appliance or electronics industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of themarket and ability to build relationships with local retailers and distributors
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-driven
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferred language of the region
• Must reside in or be willing to travel frequently within the region.
