Job Summary

• As the Sales Representative, you will represent the brand by engaging customers, promoting products, and delivering memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Educate customers about product stories, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure compliance with brand merchandising standards.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and report customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years’ sales experience in a fashion brand, boutique, or retail store.
• Strong fashion sense with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven with a passion for style and trends.
