    Sales Representative

    Our client, a one-stop beauty and pharmacy chain, located in Lagos, is looking to hire a post-NYSC Medical Sales Representative who will be responsible for the sales of products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate will maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Ensuring sales targets are met and Managing sales budgets

    Responsibilities

    Sales

    • Presents, promotes, and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Understanding customer needs
    • Targeting sales to customers who buy in high volume
    • Promoting and marketing the company's products
    • Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
    • Preparing promotional materials and displays
    • Overseeing pricing and stock control
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

    Marketing

    • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
    • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
    • Researches and analyzes market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
    • Communicating with various media buyers advertising agencies, printers and other service providers to help bring marketing projects come to life
    • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
    • Track all marketing and sales data, and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to deliver to all stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
    • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver reports and presentations tailored to the audience's needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
