    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The role involves acquiring and managing clients, building strong customer relationships, promoting the brand, and driving overall sales and revenue growth.
    • The Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales and market visibility of premium snail products by identifying, acquiring, and managing clients, particularly restaurants, hotels, caterers, and other businesses that utilize snail products.
    • The role combines field sales, client relationship management, and social media engagement to increase brand awareness and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and food vendors.
    • Conduct field visits to promote products and build relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Negotiate prices, close sales, and achieve agreed sales targets.
    • Monitor market trends and provide insights on customer needs and competitor activity.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and transactions.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and support order coordination to meet customer expectations.
    • Promote products through social media channels, creating content such as updates, testimonials, and promotional posts.
    • Engage with online leads and convert them into active customers.
    • Support initiatives to enhance digital presence and brand awareness.

    Requirements

    • OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (food/agriculture sector is an advantage).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
    • Comfortable with frequent field work and client visits.
    • Basic social media marketing skills.
